Step 1: Needs Communication.
The client provides their vision for dimensions, shape, and intended use—whether it’s for a shopping mall feature tank, a hotel lobby display, or an oceanarium exhibit. The engineering team then evaluates the site conditions and structural requirements to propose a feasible plan.

Step 2: Design and Modeling.
Large acrylic aquariums often involve curved or irregular shapes. To ensure both safety and aesthetics, 3D modeling and structural stress analysis are carried out. Blue Lake Aquatic Engineering has extensive experience in this area and can deliver customized solutions for different venues.

Step 3: Material Production and Processing.
High-transparency acrylic panels are cast, thickened, and thermoformed in the factory to ensure both strength and visual effect. For seam joints, precise seamless bonding techniques are applied to give the tank an integrated, one-piece appearance.

Step 4: Transportation and Installation.
Because of the massive size of the panels, special vehicles and protective measures are required during transportation. Once on-site, the engineering team handles hoisting, assembly, and sealing to ensure structural stability and a smooth visual presentation.

Step 5: Testing and Delivery.
The aquarium is filled with water, pressure-tested, and checked for light transmission and overall aesthetics. Only after all standards are met is it officially handed over for use.
